3. Product Feature And Application of Iron ore smelting blast furnace
3.1 Main raw materials
Concentrate is the basis of intensified smelting, stable and high yield of blast furnace, and the guarantee of good economic benefits. The results show that the basicity of sinter is 1.6-1.8, the particle size of sinter is 5-50 mm, the particle size of < 5 mm powder is not less than 5%, the particle size of > 50 mm is less than 10%, and the temperature is less than 100 ℃. The clinker rate of 145m3 blast furnace is about 95 ~ 100%, and the annual consumption of sinter and raw lump ore is more than 400000 tons. High basicity sinter accounts for 90~95% and acid raw ore accounts for 5 ~ 10%. A little lump ore is added as a regulator.
3.2 Performance of main raw materials and fuels
The raw materials used in blast furnace are sinter, raw lump ore, lump ore, limestone, quartzite and coke. The sinter and raw lump ore used in blast furnace are produced in China Canada.
